Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to educate the community about the PACE model and drive referrals. Under the Marketing Manager, you will coordinate outreach events, forums, and health fairs while supporting marketing activities and providing administrative support.

The role requires a High School diploma, two years of PR/marketing experience, a Texas driver's license, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; college coursework in journalism or marketing preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in community public relations.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License; driving record check will be conducted.
• Bilingual; English/Spanish required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains effective relationships with community organizations and agencies.
• Implements elements of the Marketing Plan to delineate outreach activities.
• Develops and maintains active referral sources.
• Coordinates health fairs, community outreach activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Screens inquiries to ensure referrals meet qualification criteria.
• Distributes marketing materials and manages stock.
• Manages referrals and contact inquiries with strong customer service.
• Conducts facility tours and represents Bienvivir at events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
