Job summary

San Ysidro Health is seeking an Outreach Specialist to conduct community outreach for the PACE program. You will participate in events and fairs, collaborate with Enrollment Specialists, and help increase census through targeted outreach and partnerships.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work evenings or weekends for events. A valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales and ability to meet monthly goals is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to community-based organizations and participate in events to promote the PACE program.
• Develop outreach strategies and reports to maximize enrollment.
• Maintain logs and track outreach efforts.
• Interact effectively with internal and external contacts across cultures.
