Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) and at least two years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from older adults and the general public.
• Basic technical skills; able to perform data entry.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin or Urdu preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an outreach plan to identify potential NORC participants.
• Engage residents in person and remotely to increase participation in NORC activities.
• Identify clients needing technology assistance and help access remote programming.
• Organize NORC outreach events and attend community events to promote NORC programs.
