Job summary

Goddard Riverside seeks a NORC Program Manager for the Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center (LSNC) NORC Supportive Services Program. The role leads planning, implementation, and supervision of all NORC components, including social services, outreach, health and wellness activities, and partnerships.

The position requires coordinating with internal teams and external partners to support aging adults in living safely and independently, with oversight of staff, budgets, and program operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise all NORC program components including social services, outreach, and health and wellness programming.
• Coordinate program activities and special events; engage community partners to expand services.
• Oversee staff and consultants; manage operations and budgets; ensure compliance with agency policies and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with LSNC West 65th Street OAC Director to align and integrate aging services across LSNC programs.
• Represent the program with internal teams, healthcare providers, and community partners to support aging safely at home.
