The Brentwood community in Nashville, TN, is seeking a bilingual Community Manager to oversee daily operations, lead onsite staff, and drive resident satisfaction and NOI growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with Yardi. A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are required. This role offers opportunities to lead renovations, marketing, and occupancy strategies.

• 2+ years of property management experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Familiarity with Yardi software
• Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring resident satisfaction and financial success.
• Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop onsite team to deliver excellent service.
• Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, company policies, and performance goals.
