Job summary

Boardmanchamber seeks a Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator to connect Spanish-speaking residents with public health services. You will interpret and translate, assist with navigating programs, and support clinic operations across clinics, homes, schools, and community sites.

You will conduct community outreach, provide health education, and help families access resources while maintaining confidentiality and working closely with nurses and staff.

Qualifications

• Provide bilingual interpretation and translation between English and Spanish for Public Health clients and staff.
• Deliver interpretation during Public Health clinics and related services.
• Assist clients in navigating Public Health programs and accessing resources.
• Support clinical staff with coordination, communications, and referrals.
• Lead community outreach and health promotion activities.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate health information.
• Act as liaison with Spanish-speaking community members to improve access to services.
• Assist with forms, documentation, referrals, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy requirements.
