Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish for interpretation and written translation.

• Strong communication and customer service skills with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual verbal interpretation and written translation between English and Spanish for Public Health clients, staff, and community members.
• Provide interpretation services during Public Health Clinics and Family Planning clinics as assigned.
• Assist clients with navigating Public Health programs and connecting with community resources.
• Support clinic operations through client coordination, appointment communications, and related activities.
• Conduct community outreach and health promotion to increase awareness and utilization of Public Health programs.
