Job summary

Suvida Healthcare in Houston is seeking a Neighborhood Engagement Manager to accelerate patient growth by building relationships with local organizations and educating communities about our primary care model. Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience (e.g., marketing, sales, community engagement)
• 1+ years experience CRM
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally
• Active driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Drives membership growth for designated Suvida Neighborhood Center and leads a team to educate prospects on our healthcare model
• Develops a pipeline of prospective patients through grass roots activities
• Participates in local community outreach events and activities (health fairs, senior buildings, churches, food pantries) to drive education and enrollment
• Canvassing in neighborhoods to meet patients and families and explain the Suvida model
• Solicits and follows up on patient referrals and warm leads
• Provides tours of Suvida Neighborhood Center locations and documents activities in Salesforce
• Oversees enrollment targets and uses CRM to monitor performance and revive dormant leads
• Cultivates relationships with insurance agents, social workers, and senior centers for patient growth
• Plans and executes local events with Center Marketing & Events Coordinator
• Ensures ongoing patient engagement and addresses issues to improve retention
• Performs other related duties as assigned
