Job summary

Suvida Healthcare seeks a Neighborhood Engagement Consultant to drive patient growth by educating and engaging local communities. You will build relationships with seniors, businesses, and community leaders to present the Suvida care model and generate new patient opportunities.

The role combines field outreach with office and remote work within the community, requiring bilingual English/Spanish communication and travel. A high school diploma and 3+ years in marketing or outreach are expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 3+ years in marketing, sales, or neighborhood engagement.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally; valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member growth by educating potential patients on SuVida's care model.
• Build relationships with seniors, businesses, and community organizations to generate leads.
• Meet with prospective patients and families in homes, worship places, or community centers to introduce Suvida.
• Collaborate with brokers, social workers, and centers to keep Suvida top of mind.
• Use CRM tools to document interactions and manage enrollment leads.
• Plan and execute local community events and recruit participants.
