Job summary

Suvida Healthcare LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Bilingual Neighborhood Engagement Manager to build relationships with local organizations and lead a team of Engagement Consultants to grow patient enrollment in our Hispanic senior program.

You will develop grassroots outreach, present at community events, and coordinate referrals while documenting activities in Salesforce, traveling locally as needed to expand access to care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience (e.g., marketing, sales, community engagement).
• 1+ years experience CRM
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Drives membership growth for designated center and leads a team.
• Develops a pipeline of prospective patients through grassroots activities.
• Participates in local outreach/marketing events including health fairs and community programs.
• Canvassing to educate patients and families on the Suvida model.
• Maintains Salesforce CRM documentation and tracks leads.
