Qualifications

• 3+ years in community outreach or facilitation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Associate degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Connect For Life program and events, building trust.
• Engage members through in-person events, home visits, and outreach.
• Document interactions and attendance in digital systems.
• Identify Wider Circle Ambassadors to grow communities.
