Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Community Coordinator II at San Juan Del Centro, a 150-unit affordable housing community in Boulder, CO. You will create and implement annual plans, coordinate resources across six outcome areas, and build partnerships to deliver programs and referrals for residents.

The role involves data management, budget coordination, and direct resident support with a focus on housing stability, employment, education, health, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to obtain Winn Community Coordinator Certification upon hire.
• A current driver's license in good standing.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Demonstrated success with partner management.
• Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis, and maintain databases.
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement an annual Connected Communities plan for the community.
• Manage property Connected Communities budget and track goals.
• Coordinate resources addressing six key outcomes: housing stability, employment, mobility, education, health, engagement.
• Provide direct assistance, program referrals, and 1-1 coaching.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local service providers and community partners; create MOUs.
• Collect, manage, and report on resident data; ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop communications with residents (quarterly meetings, newsletters, flyers, social media).
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
