Job summary

Clicklease in Draper, Utah is seeking a Collector II to manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment plans. You will analyze financial situations, document activity, and ensure compliance while supporting customer success in a fast-growing fintech environment.

The role requires 2+ years in customer contact and 1+ year in collections, with English/Spanish bilingual abilities. On-site, Monday–Friday at our Draper, UT headquarters with competitive hourly pay and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer contact experience.
• 1+ year of collections or account resolution experience.
• Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent customer accounts.
• Negotiate repayment plans within established guidelines.
• Resolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
