Job summary

Clicklease is seeking a Collector II to protect portfolio health and drive customer success by handling delinquent accounts and negotiating repayment solutions. You will engage in conversations, analyze financial situations, and work toward measurable performance goals.

The role sits on-site in Draper, Utah, within the Collections team. A high school diploma, 2+ years of customer contact, and 1+ year in collections are required, along with bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer contact experience.
• 1+ year of collections or account resolution experience.
• Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent customer accounts.
• Negotiate repayment plans within established guidelines.
• Resolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity.
