Coast Acceptance Corp. is seeking a motivated collection associate to manage an assigned portfolio, handle incoming calls, greet visitors professionally, and perform a variety of clerical duties.

You will bring loans up to date, collect outstanding debt, take payments, and follow up with customers while maintaining accuracy and courtesy. Proficiency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High School Diploma with some college courses.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Bring loans up to date.
• Collect all outstanding debt.
• Answer calls and perform customer service follow up.
• Take payments and answer questions.
• Input insurance information only after collection calls have been made.
• Make collection calls for delinquent accounts.
• Follow up with impounded vehicles and provide corresponding paperwork to retrieve impounded vehicles.
