Qualifications

• At least 1 year in collections or sales is preferred.
• Customer service or call center experience is beneficial.
• Results-driven with ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to collect overdue payments from consumers.
• Negotiate payment arrangements that work for both consumer and business.
• Update customer information accurately in the system.
• Meet individual and team targets to grow earnings.
