National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Clinician I for La Jornada. The role offers license-eligible clinical work with children and youth, required supervision hours, and ongoing training.

You will conduct mental health assessments, provide individual and group counseling, and collaborate with foster families and community partners. The position requires travel up to 25-30% to support youth reunification with families and ensure safe community living.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related behavioral field.
• Must be license-eligible and actively pursuing licensure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required to serve families.

Aufgaben

• Provide trauma-informed mental health services and assessments.
• Deliver individual and group counseling under supervision until licensure.
• Coordinate services and ensure child/youth safety and well-being.
• Travel to provide community-based services as needed.
• Maintain documentation of clients’ progress and outcomes.
