• Build trust with participants; manage sensitive data securely.
• Experience with CTMS or recruitment databases is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and community outreach strategies.
• Adherence to GCP, regulatory guidelines, and study protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and recruit eligible participants.
• Engage healthcare providers and community groups to raise trial awareness.
• Pre-screen potential participants to meet inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and milestones in CTMS.
• Support participant retention through ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with marketing to create recruitment materials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with study protocol and guidelines.
• Liaise with investigators, study coordinators, and teams on timelines.
• Establish relationships with local clinics and advocacy groups.
