Job summary

CenExel Clinical Research is seeking a Patient Recruitment Manager to design and drive patient recruitment programs for clinical trials. You will liaise with sponsors and referral sources, train staff, and oversee the recruitment team to meet enrollment timelines.

Located in Hollywood, FL, this on-site role requires strong organization, bilingual communication in English and Spanish, and a collaborative approach with investigators and site leadership to ensure compliant, efficient enrollment

Qualifications

• Requires effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sponsors, study requirements, and participant evaluation procedures.
• Understanding of clinical protocols Phases I–IV.
• Ability to organize and maintain records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with referral connections, sponsors, or potential providers.
• Acts as liaison for outside referring sources.
• Trains new staff in the department.
• Identifies strategies to improve patient enrollment with PI/site leadership.
• Supervises Recruitment Specialists and oversees the recruitment department.
• Determines study support and enrollment needs and timelines.
• Develops pre-screen scripts for new studies.
• Evaluates enrollment processes to ensure target populations are recruited.
