Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day physician and clinic support.
• Manage scheduling for patients and appointments; coordinate with care teams.
• Provide administrative support: phones, visitors, mail, fax handling.
• Process lab results documentation for nurses and providers.
• Assist with prescriptions requests and dictations for billing compliance.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and telehealth Zoom setup.
• Review Epic provider schedules and monitor clinics.
