Job summary

Qualifications

• Korean and Chinese language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Communicate with customers through multiple channels such as phone and email.
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Accurately and swiftly handle customer-related documents such as order forms, applications, and service requests.
• Record and manage customer interaction details and service histories.
• Provide feedback to improve the efficiency and quality of customer service processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
