Job summary

Cuckoo Rental America in New Jersey/New York is seeking a Client Support Representative (staff, full-time) to handle bilingual customer inquiries (Korean/Chinese) via phone and email, accurate documentation, and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• 고객 응대 내용 기록, 관리
• 고객 서비스 프로세스의 효율성 향상을 위해 피드백 제공
• 관리자의 지시에 따른 기타 업무를 수행
