TransConnect Services (TCS) is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish) to support clients from Memphis, TN. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, troubleshooting, and guiding customers through product functionality in both English and Spanish.

The position starts at $17.40 per hour with weekend shift premiums, onsite training transitioning to hybrid work in the greater Memphis area.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish is required.
• High School Diploma is required for the role.
• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, resolving client issues and answering questions promptly.
• Identify and elevate priority issues to the right resource.
• Route calls to the appropriate resource when needed.
• Set up new accounts in internal systems with correct discounts and write file records.
