Job summary

TransConnect is seeking a bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish) in the Memphis, TN area. The role starts at $17.40 per hour, with a Monday–Friday shift from 7 am to 4 pm.

Initial training is onsite with a transition to hybrid work for local candidates in the greater Memphis area. You will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve client issues, and set up new accounts while ensuring correct discounts are applied.

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma required.
• Telephone etiquette expected.
• Experience in an office environment, customer service, or transportation industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, resolve issues, answer questions, and explain product functionality.
• Identify priority issues and route calls to the right resource.
• Set up new accounts in the internal system and ensure discounts are properly applied.
