TransConnect Services is hiring a bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish) in Memphis. You will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve issues, and explain product features. Training starts onsite with a move to hybrid work; local candidates are preferred.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and prior customer service experience. Microsoft Office skills will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment.

The Purpose of Your RoleAs a Bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish), you will be responsible for interacting with clients, providing information, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving client concerns. This position requires the ability to speak, read and write fluently in both Spanish and English.The shift is Monday - Friday, from 7 am - 4 pm. The position starts at $17.40.Initial training will be conducted onsite and will transition to hybrid work. What You’ll Be DoingAnswer inbound calls and emails, resolve client issues, answer questions, and product functionality in a timely and professional manner.Identify and escalate priority issues.
