Job summary

Heard and Smith, LLP is seeking a Bilingual Client Service Specialist (Spanish, English) to join our devoted legal assistant team in a fast-paced call center environment. You will handle 50–75 calls daily, build trust with clients through clear communication, and help guide them through the claims process while maintaining confidentiality and high quality service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong verbal and written skills.
• High School Diploma required; degree preferred or equivalent.
• Customer service and call center experience.
• Typing speed at least 40 WPM.
• Experience with SSA/disability law a plus; legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take approximately 50–75 calls per day in a professional call center environment.
• Consistently build the client relationship and confidence with every interaction while proactively contacting clients.
• Focus on retention of every client while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a 90% or above quality score on calls.
• Retain and recall SSA and company policies and processes.
• Keep updated records and detailed documentation of client interactions in a paperless system.
• Address client’s concerns including upset clients with professionalism.
