The candidate will translate documents, file court papers, and help with administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a legal assistant, preferably as a paralegal, in litigation.
• Strong written and translation skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with client intakes, document preparation, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients and translate as needed.
• Maintain and organize case files, calendar deadlines, and hearings.
• Draft and edit letters, motions, petitions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct factual and legal research; summarize case law and statutes.
• Support billing, timekeeping, and other admin tasks.
