Concord Servicing is seeking a Support Specialist in Client Operations to manage corporate client requests, process payments, generate reports, and validate sales data. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and bilingual English/Spanish communication with clients.

We expect a technical degree or related experience, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to data accuracy. The position follows U.S.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience in client support and operations management may be considered.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address corporate client requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Process client payments, returns, and chargebacks with accurate fund allocation.
• Analyze transactions, new sales, and support cases for KPI reporting.
• Validate data files to detect and correct potential errors.
• Upload sales data to the system in line with client specifications.
• Maintain organized, secure documentation per privacy and security standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure consumer information accuracy for corporate clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Propose process improvements for client management and payments to enhance efficiency.
