The role involves handling calls, taking loss reports and claim information, processing documents, and maintaining W-9 data. Strong MS Office and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be Spanish bilingual with both written and verbal communication.
• Experience in reception, administrative support, customer service, or office roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary receptionist and support daily business functions.
• Answer and route incoming calls, including overflow and backflow handling.
• Assist customers in English and Spanish by taking loss reports and gathering claim information.
• Process claim-related documents and upload into systems.
• Enter and maintain W-9 information accurately.
• Manage and process returned mail.
• Provide general administrative support on various tasks.
