You will handle inquiries about treasury, cash management, card, and depository products, working with internal partners to resolve issues and provide strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish and English required; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Analyze requests and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Support LATAM treasury, cash management, card, and depository product inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal partners to research and resolve issues.
• Provide technical and operational support to clients as needed.
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Deliver high levels of customer service while meeting quality standards.
• Navigate multiple systems while communicating with clients.
