Job summary

Austin Community College is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. You will engage with customers, answering their queries and aiding in issue resolution.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, possesses at least 6 months of customer service experience, and has a high school diploma or equivalent. Starting wage is $18 per hour with additional bonuses available, and benefits include PTO and tuition reimbursement.
