You will handle inquiries about financial services, insurance, and tax matters, schedule appointments, maintain records, and support onboarding, leveraging strong communication, CRM proficiency, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities
