Job summary

TEKsystems in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator (English/Spanish) for a contract-to-hire role in financial services. The position is hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote, with hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

You will serve as the primary contact for retirement plan clients and financial advisors, respond to inquiries in English and Spanish, resolve issues, manage service requests, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and ensure

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience in administrative, customer service, call center, or client support roles.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM usage.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for retirement plan clients and financial advisors.
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish.
Resolve account and service-related issues while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Manage service requests and follow up through resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide updates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.
