TEKsystems is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator (English/Spanish) in Scottsdale, AZ, offering a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) and a contract-to-hire path. You will support retirement and savings plan clients, handle inquiries in both languages, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires fluent bilingual communication, customer service excellence, and experience with CRM/ticketing systems.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Administrative, customer service, call center, or client support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for retirement plan clients and financial advisors.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish.
• Resolve account and service-related issues while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Manage service requests and follow up through resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.
