Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve inbound customer calls and emails for deposits and loans.
• Perform loan transactions, transfers, and deposit adjustments.
• Handle debit card requests and troubleshoot denied transactions; address possible fraud.
• Respond to emails and secure messages including stop payments and address changes.
• Assist clients with online banking features such as bill pay and mobile deposits.
• Support lobby staff with banking system navigation and maintenance.
