Job summary

SAGE Counseling Inc in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Client Services Associate to be the first point of contact for clients and referral sources. You will assist with appointment scheduling and provide administrative, coordination, and logistical support to triage inquiries.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, hybrid including work-from-home and the Tucson office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, with scheduling/call center experience and bilingual Spanish/English

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required; strong scheduling background preferred.
• Experience with scheduling or call centers is desirable.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process treatment referrals.
• Enter data into the electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain client files.
• Make outgoing calls for services.
