You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling policy questions, billing inquiries, and general agency needs. This role offers growth as you gain credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks.
• No insurance license required to start; willing to obtain P&C license for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients in English and Spanish.
• Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage concerns, and agency needs.
• Help Spanish-speaking clients navigate insurance needs and act as a bridge between client and agency.
• Follow up on renewals, outstanding documents, and policy changes.
• Support client retention through consistent, caring communication.
• Keep the office running smoothly with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Assist with reports, mailings, and other operational needs.
• Coordinate client outreach and community engagement.
