Job summary

Western Growers Assurance Trust seeks a Client Service Representative II to educate participants about WGAT/Pinnacle health plans, enroll members, and handle enrollment inquiries. Qualifications

High School diploma required; 3–5 years of customer service experience in employee benefits or medical/dental claims handling preferred.
Fluency in Spanish is required, with both written and verbal proficiency.
Strong knowledge of computer software programs to access and update customer records.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and professional business etiquette.

Responsibilities

Educate enrolled and potential participants about health plan benefits at client sites or via phone/virtual platforms.
Enroll participants and review enrollment paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
Investigate enrollment or claims questions and determine corrective actions.
Deliver group benefits presentations in English and Spanish; assist with plan comparisons and materials.
