Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and secure messages including stop payments and address changes.
• Assist clients with online banking features such as bill pay and mobile deposits.
• Support lobby staff with banking system navigation and maintenance.

Client Service Officer - Bilingual (Hybrid/Remote Eligible NM Only)

Description:

Shift is 9am-6pm MT Monday-Friday with 3 Saturdays a quarter 8am-12pm MT. Position is remote/hybrid eligible.

Summary: Receive and resolve inbound customer calls and emails, addressing both deposit and loan service requests. Provides operational support to lobby staff with banking functions and resolving client requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to heavy call volumes, addressing all customer needs
• Perform loan transactions, payments, deposit account transfers, and deposit adjustments
• Service all debit card requests and maintenance, including troubleshooting denied transactions, and determining fraudulent situations
• Respond to email and secure messaging inquiries, including stop payments and address changes
• Actively researches internal and external client requests, and performs timely follow up
• Assist personal or consumer clients with online banking bill pay, mobile remote deposit, and various online banking requests
• Assist banking associates with system navigation and maintenance needs, along with resolving client issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum two years' experience in the financial services industry or a combination of relevant experience. Previous banking experience preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree

Computer and Software Skills:

• Skilled in operation of a personal computer and mobile devices
• Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency in navigating multiple banking systems
