Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience in a client-centric environment or six months as related Bank of America RM/ADP/CSA/RMBOS role.
• Strong work ethic with results focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to engage clients in-person and by phone.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and tech platforms.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Notary commission in state/work area within a few months (or ability to obtain).
• Flexible to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients and uncover personal banking needs.
• Educate and train clients on self-service transactions and digital tools.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure accuracy.
• Open accounts, maintain accounts, and support Digital Assisted Shopping in compliance with policies.
• Manage client interactions with compliant actions and regulatory adherence.
