Amplify Credit Union is seeking a Service Agent I to deliver a superior banking experience through remote channel interactions, handling a high volume of calls and providing prompt, professional member assistance.

Under supervision, you will guide members on online banking, mobile deposit, and other digital tools, while speaking English and Spanish fluently and upholding credit union policies. This full-time, remote role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; financial industry experience preferred but not required.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Bondable and able to operate a PC with standard software and telephone queue systems.

Responsibilities

• Process basic remote member transactions, including transfers and payments.
• Handle inquiries and account maintenance with clear, professional communication.
• Educate members on online banking, mobile deposits, and remote channels.
• Exhibit professional phone etiquette and aim for first-call resolution.
• Meet or exceed service level targets while supporting organizational goals.
• Uphold credit union policies and promote Amplify’s culture and values.
