Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls for routine and low complexity inquiries regarding products, procedures, systems, or policies.
• Curate a differentiated client experience and track unresolved issues for timely follow up and resolution.
• Act as client advocate to track complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
• Educate clients on self-service options and available banking products and services.
• Identify and elevate bank errors or regulatory concerns when appropriate.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements to protect clients and the bank.
