Responsibilities

• Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide an elite customer experience via phone, email, and meetings.
• Respond to payment history and open invoice requests.
• Meet departmental KPIs including past-due rate.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
