Polston Tax Resolution & Accounting in Norman, Oklahoma is hiring a Bilingual Client Specialist fluent in English and Spanish. You will serve as the primary bridge between Spanish-speaking clients and our tax resolution teams, ensuring clear, accurate communication and compassionate support throughout the tax resolution process.

The role is in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with opportunities to collaborate across attorneys, CPAs, and case managers.

Competenze

• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
• Real-time interpretation during client consultations and calls.
• Ability to translate written communications clearly in both languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Mansioni

• Provide English/Spanish interpretation during client meetings.
• Facilitate ongoing communication between clients and attorneys/case managers.
• Translate case updates and deadlines to Spanish-speaking clients.
• Assist with translating client-facing documents between English and Spanish.
• Maintain client records and case management notes.
• Support attorneys and accountants with administrative tasks.
