Job summary

Polston Tax Resolution & Accounting in the United States is seeking a Case Manager to support our tax resolution team. You will prepare financial analyses for IRS/state cases and provide them to the attorney or Enrolled Agent to build client resolutions.

This role requires excellent communication, multitasking and time management. You will contact clients by email, phone, video, mail and in person; review financial documents; update attorneys; and coordinate with state tax agencies to establish

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience preparing financial analyses for IRS/state tax resolution cases.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

Prepare a financial analysis for each case and provide it to the assigned attorney/Enrolled Agent.
Contact clients via email/phone/video call/mail and in person to gather documentation.
Review and analyze financial documentation; analyze income, expenses and assets.
Provide updates to attorneys/enrolled agents regarding resolution details.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
Work with state tax agencies to establish resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth process.
