One Therapy Network in Oklahoma City is seeking a bilingual patient services coordinator to join our front desk team. You’ll greet patients and families, provide translation for therapy and evaluations, and guide parents through intake paperwork and visits.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication skills, and excellent computer literacy to support efficient daily operations. Workdays are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with benefits including PTO after 90 days and

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; medical Spanish a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Extensive computer experience and quick learner.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients, families, and guests promptly.
• Provide translation services for therapy and evaluations.
• Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries.
• Guide parents through intake paperwork and visits.
• Check-in patients and schedule/cancel appointments.
• Light housekeeping to maintain clinic cleanliness.
• Ensure timely completion of intakes and scheduling.
