Job summary

HirePath Network in San Diego offers a hybrid role for a Bilingual Client Advisor who will listen to families, explain options in Spanish, and guide enrollment.

No prior experience required; we provide full training and state certification support, with mostly remote work and some in-person days.

You will contact families by phone and video, build relationships, and contribute to team goals while growing toward leadership.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Live in the United States, within reach of San Diego for in-person days.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus.
• Computer, reliable internet, and a quiet place to work.
• Willing to complete training and obtain the required state certification.

Tired of spending hours in traffic just to get to work? Work mostly from home, with some in-person days at our San Diego office.

We help Spanish-speaking families across the United States protect their health, their income, and their loved ones. As a Bilingual Client Advisor, you will listen to each family, explain their options in Spanish, and guide them to the right decision. No experience needed. We train you from day one.

Requisitos

• Tener 18 años o más
• Vivir en Estados Unidos, a una distancia razonable de San Diego para los días presenciales
• Tener autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos
• Español fluido; inglés es un plus
• Computadora, internet estable y un espacio tranquilo para trabajar
• Disposición para capacitarte y obtener la certificación estatal requerida
