Responsabilidades

• Atender clientes en persona, por teléfono, correo electrónico, mensajes de texto y videollamadas
• Responder preguntas y brindar un servicio amable y útil
• Explicar productos y servicios y cómo benefician a cada familia
• Dar seguimiento a prospectos y clientes
• Apoyar el proceso de venta y cierre conforme adquieras experiencia
• Mantener organizada la información de los clientes en el CRM
• Completar la capacitación y sesiones de coaching con nuestros mentores

Requisitos

• Tener 18 años o más
• Vivir a una distancia razonable de nuestra oficina en California, Florida, Texas and New Jersey
• Tener autorización legal para trabajar en EE.UU.
• Dominio del idioma español
