PLEX Capital LLC in Overland Park, KS is hiring a bilingual Client Account Manager who delivers exceptional client service and meticulous financial-document review. You will use English and Spanish to onboard clients, explain submission processes, and support funding activities.

This role requires at least 3 years in client account management or related finance functions, plus strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and a CRM

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
3+ years in client account management, accounts receivable, or related financial operations.
Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills.
Attention to numerical accuracy and ability to evaluate financial documentation.
Self-directed, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for portfolio clients in English and Spanish.
Onboard clients and explain transaction submission, verification, and funding processes.
Review invoices, schedules, and supporting documentation for accuracy and approvals.
Audit high-dollar transactions and verify payments, dates, and terms.
Identify anomalies and escalate concerns before processing.
Maintain accurate records and coordinate with underwriting and operations teams.
