Engaged Financial is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for our customers, cultivating relationships and overseeing a book of business.

You will manage accounts totaling millions in AR, coordinate funding processes for carriers, monitor credit terms, and support clients through implementation and invoicing.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate data management, and timely problem resolution to maintain trust and drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently while balancing collaboration with leadership.
• Efficient and courteous customer service and client management.
• Excellent follow-through and detail orientation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sense of urgency and initiative.
• Ability to use Word, Excel, TMS System, Cadence and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Engaged Financial clients.
• Oversee streamlined funding processes for carriers averaging 1-3 active trucks.
• Onboard, manage, and grow customer accounts.
• Monitor credit terms and adjust credit limits as needed.
• Provide customer training during implementation.
• Process due diligence for release of reserves and non-factored balances.
• Audit and analyze invoices.
• Assist with posting payments and reconciliation of funds.
• Advise on account status and communicate with customers.
• Address past-due amounts and coordinate payment arrangements.
• Serve as support for client disputes and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer files and documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
